Terms & Conditions

Account Registration

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.   • Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Rules

  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your Account history. You are responsible for reviewing your Bet details before confirmation, including stake size, game selection and any applicable multipliers or options.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or table may have its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the Game interface. The Operator may change these limits at any time. Attempts to place Bets outside permitted limits may be rejected.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Finality of Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the Operator's system, it cannot normally be cancelled or modified by the Player.
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to cancel, void or adjust Bets in the following circumstances:
    • Obvious technical or human error, including incorrect display of odds, paytables, game outcomes or malfunctions;
    • Game or system malfunction where the integrity or fairness of the Bet or Game outcome is compromised;

Rules of Conduct and Fair Use

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals

  • Chargebacks: You agree not to make or attempt to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals on validly incurred deposits or transactions. Where a chargeback is initiated, the Operator may:
    • Immediately suspend or close your Account;
    • Offset the charged-back amount against any existing balances or future deposits;
    • Recover costs, fees and losses associated with the chargeback.
  • Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused deposits may be considered after deducting any relevant fees or losses. Bonuses associated with refunded deposits will be cancelled.

    Limitation of Liability

    Termination & Suspension

    Termination by the Player

    • Closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support using the contact details provided on ethereum-au.com. The Operator may require confirmation of your identity before processing the request.
    • Withdrawal on closure: Upon closure, any Real Money Balance, subject to completion of KYC checks and absence of breach, will be paid out to you using an agreed withdrawal method, subject to applicable limits and fees. Any active Bonuses and associated Bonus Funds will be cancelled.

    Suspension and Termination by the Operator

    • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

      • You are underage or have provided false or misleading information;
      • You are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction or are otherwise in breach of applicable gambling laws, including Australian law;

    • Effects of suspension: While your Account is suspended:

    • Effects of termination: Upon termination:
